Large tapioca pearls, also known as boba, perfect for making bubble tea (pearl milk tea) and Asian desserts. Multi-coloured, these are sure to liven up any dessert! This variety is partially-cooked and preparation takes just five minutes; simply boil until plump and soft, drain and then mix with milk or green tea, coffee, juices, smoothies, sweet soups, shaved ice (bao bing), fruit or jelly. Each pack contains 250g of boba - enough for at least five tall glasses of tea.
