Just add water and boil to make coconut flavoured agar jelly. Contains no gelatine - so it's perfect for vegetarians. Use to make layered jellies - just use different colours and flavours of jelly, waiting for each layer to set completely before adding the next. Non-dairy, but contains milk casein.
