Soya beans are protein-packed and full of iron and calcium. Fairly bland in taste, they are most often eaten in the form of soya-based products, such as soya milk, tofu (bean curd), soya sauce and miso (fermented soya bean paste).
Try cooking them alongside tomatoes, garlic or curry spices, they can also be puréed and added to soups and casseroles. We use soya beans to make our own soya milk which is absolutely superior than the shop bought products.
Soak the beans for at least 10-12 hours or overnight until soft then they are ready to use. 400g.
