Delivery Times and Charges
We aim to hold stock of all types and flavours of the products shown on the web site. However, occasionally an item will be out of stock and if we are unable to fulfil an order we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you a refund or an alternative item.
All goods that are in stock will be delivered within 7 working days and frequently will be quicker.

There is no minimum order value.
We have tried to make the delivery charges as simple to understand as possible. If you have any questions about the delivery charges, do not hesitate to contact us. We aim to despatch all orders received before 12 pm the same day (or the following Monday if placed over the weekend) except during very busy periods.
We are currently only able to accept orders for delivery to the UK .
Returns Policy
If your goods are faulty or different from those you ordered please return them to us within 30 days in the original packaging to our address. A full refund will be given.
If your goods are not faulty, but you are unhappy with your choice, please return them within 28 days at your expense and we will refund you immediately upon receipt providing the goods are in resaleable condition.
We will only refund return/exchange postage costs if the item returned is faulty.

When returning items we recommend you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office: we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
