Shipping & Delivery
We can only ship to the United Kingdom. Note that there are special rates for Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland.
You must quote your full postcode when requesting a delivery estimate and when entering your delivery address. Delivery costs for orders with the wrong delivery method or an incorrect or missing postcode will be re-priced by our staff and you will be given the choice of paying a supplement and proceeding with your order, or cancelling the order.
If we are able to send your order using a lower weight or dimension band than that calculated on your order, we will refund any difference in delivery costs.
An indication of the number of working days required for each delivery service is shown below, but deliveries may be delayed by weather, industrial action or other factors beyond our control.
UPS 1-2 working days
Please note that our cut-off for booking UPS delivery is 11:00am; after this time orders will be booked for collection the next working day, subject to availability.
UPS delivery to most of the UK mainland costs £7.99 + VAT per order. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding statutory holidays. Failed deliveries will be retried by UPS on the next working day, after which the parcel will be returned to our warehouse. A further delivery charge will then be payable if you still wish to receive your goods.
UPS delivery is not available for Highlands and Islands addresses (an alternative carrier may be offered) or to BFPO addresses with postcodes starting BF1 or to the HA4 6DQ postcode.
Collect+ 3-5 working days
Collect+ is a delivery service available for most of the UK, including some of the Higlands and Islands postcodes not served by UPS. Parcels must not exceed 30cm x 30cm x 50cm and are priced as follows:
A signed-for service is available for an additional £1.00
Working days are Monday to Friday excluding statutory holidays. Parcels may be left with a neighbour if there is no answer, at the delivery driver's discretion. Failed deliveries will be retried by Collect+ twice, after which the parcel will be returned to our warehouse. A further delivery charge will then be payable if you still wish to receive your goods.
Collect+ delivery is not available to BFPO addresses with postcodes starting BF1 or to the HA4 6DQ postcode. Prices do not include VAT which is charged at the standard rate.
Royal Mail introduced different price bands for parcels based on overall dimensions in April 2013.
- Small Parcels are up to 45cm x 35cm x 8cm(with certain excpeptions)
- Medium Parcels are up to 61cm x 46cm x 46cm
Delivery is priced based on the gross weight of the parcel, with the options of 1st class (usually next working day) or 2nd class (2-3 working days). A signed for service is available for an additional £1.10

Royal Mail Parcel services are available to the whole of the UK including the Channel Islands. Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding statutory holidays.
Royal Mail will leave a postcard advising you of a missed delivery, indicating steps you can take to arrange re-delivery or collection. If Royal Mail is unable to complete a delivery the parcel will be returned to our warehouse. A further delivery charge will be payable if you still wish to receive your goods.
Deliveries to BFPO addresses with UK postcodes are limited to the equivalent of the Royal Mail Small Parcel service and a gross weight of 2kg. Deliveries are only possible to postcodes beginning with BF1 or to postcode HA4 6DQ. You must quote the correct BFPO location number.
Contents must also comply with the BFPO restricted and prohibited items list, and cannot include alcohol above 24%ABV, glass, and liquids greater than 1 litre. Orders not complying with these conditions will be cancelled and payment refunded.
