Tiger Tiger brand sushi rice.
Bring to the boil with 1.5x quantity of water and simmer in a covered pan until all of the water is absorbed and "steam holes" appear in the top of the rice. Allow to cool and mix with a little sushi vinegar before using to make a range of sushi dishes.
