We can only ship to the United Kingdom. UK Standard Delivery costs £6.99 per order and is FREE for orders over £70. We send our standard delivery packages by carriers including DHL and UPS, smaller packages by Royal Mail. Delivery is generally within three days but can sometimes take longer.

Returns & Replacements
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason and that you notify us (preferably in writing) of your dissatisfaction within 7 days of receipt of the goods, we will be happy to replace them for you or to refund your money. The cost of the goods will be refunded, so long as the goods, packaging and the labels aren't damaged. The postage will not be refunded. If items are received damaged, please ensure you contact us immediately either by email to orders@orientalfoodshop.com or call our order line on 01509 808070. Please provide us with full details of the fault or damage. Do not return the item until you have spoken with us, as we have different procedures depending on the product that has been damaged. Once you have contacted us, and we have confirmed that we want you to return the item(s), you must ensure that the goods are appropriately packaged to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition. We strongly recommend that you get a "Proof of Posting" certificate (free of charge) from your Post Office, as you will need this to make a claim from the Royal Mail should the package be lost or damaged on its journey back to us.
Ordering
Shopping is easy at the Oriental Food Shop; you can browse the Categories shown in the menu or search by keyword using the search box at the top of the page. You can also filter products by cuisine or brand. Use the "Add to Basket" button to purchase an item. After you have finished shopping, click on "Checkout". Follow the steps to enter your delivery and billing information. Returning customers who have shopped at Oriental Food Shop before will be prompted at the beginning of the checkout process to enter login details. Upon entering your login details, you can enter and select addresses from your address book. If you are a new customer you will be prompted to enter your contact details and a username and password unique to you. After submitting your order, you will see a receipt that you can print for your records. You will be sent an email confirmation, which will summarise your order. You can cancel or change your order before it is booked for despatch. You will be notified by email when your order is despatched.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept the following credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro, Delta and Visa Debit. The total cost of your order includes the price of the product(s) selected, delivery and VAT where applicable. If the price of any product increases after you have placed your order, but before despatch, the original price as seen at the time of ordering will be honoured. Credit and Debit Card payments are processed by our merchant services provider (Elavon) after your order has been processed and is ready for despatch. PayPal payments are processed at the time of ordering; if any products are unavailable you will be offered a refund to your PayPal account. Our PayPal account is payments@inceweb.com, is operated by Ince Web Services Limited, and payments will appear on your credit card statement as PAYPAL *INCEWEBSERV
