The Oriental Food Shop and Bean Curd Shop are owned and operated by Ince Web Services Limited, registered in the UK number 04221586, referred to as “we” and “us” below.

Payment and Taxes

Payment is securely processed online by PayPal or NoChex, which accept most credit and debit cards. We are also to accept payment by cheque, although goods will not be despatched until funds have cleared. We cannot accept money orders or cash.

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. Our VAT number is 775 9526 73.

Security

Our website uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology, an industry standard security protocol for secure transmission of data across the Internet.

A shared SSL certificate is used to encrypt information at the sign in and checkout screens.

Complaints Procedure

We aim to satisfy the requirements of all of our customers as efficiently as we can, but we realise that at times things may go wrong. If they do we will put them right as soon as possible. If you have a complaint please email us at complaints@orientalfoodshop.com. Your complaint will be handled confidentially and we will acknowledge your correspondence within 5 working days. At that time we will advise you how long it will take to resolve your complaint and we will give you a contact name and telephone number of the person handling your complaint. We will keep you informed throughout the process.

Terms and Conditions

The use of this website is subject to the following Terms and Conditions and is conditional on your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Any conditions stated on this website do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Confirmation and Governing Law

A contract between you and Ince Web Services Limited for the sale of our products will only exist once we confirm your order by emailing you to confirm that your order has been accepted.

The contract shall be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom and shall be governed by the laws of England .

Right to Cancel

You may cancel the contract without reason within 7 working days from the date of receipt of goods. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days. You will be required to return the products in question to us in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging.
