Oriental Ginger Dressing
A great combination of Oriental flavours for salads, and also can be used as a marinade.
- 3 cloves garlic, minced (try our ready minced garlic, 1 heaped teaspoon is equivalent to 1 clove)
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger root (try our ready minced ginger)
- 1/2 cup olive oil or a good quality vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup light soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons honey
Put the whole lot into a screw-topped jar and shake well. Keep refrigerated.
Too much or too little? Just scale the quantities.
