Inside our shop in Loughborough.
Oriental Food Shop (also known as Chinese Food Shop) was founded in 2002. Initially an online store only, we opened our first "bricks and mortar" store in August 2005 .
Our new premises in Loughborough.
After three and a half years in Baxter Gate, we realised that we would have to increase the size of our premises to grow our business. In September 2008 we moved to Ashby Square, where we can now offer our customers a vastly increased range, larger stocks, more chilled and frozen produce, licensed off-sales of alcohol and dedicated customer parking. Our position in Loughborough - right at the end of Market Street - is convenient and easy to find.
Not only the largest Oriental Supermarket in Loughborough, we also strive to be the friendliest. Our mission statement is "Great Range. Great Service. Great Value."

We welcome customers from around the UK to share our passion for Oriental foods and ingredients. We offer a growing range of products for purchase online with prompt delivery. If you can't find the product you need, please use the Contact Us page to tell us what you are looking for - if we don't already stock it in our shop, we may be able to source it for you. We are also happy to offer advice and recipe suggestions.
